Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group acquires Trafino Oy

Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group, the largest temporary traffic and safety solutions specialist in Europe, have acquired 100% of the shares in Trafino Oy, the leading provider of traffic management equipment in Finland.

Trafino Oy was founded in 1986 and the company is focused on sale of traffic management equipment. The headquarter is in Vantaa, Finland.
“We have followed Trafino closely since we first entered Finland in 2012. The team has done a fantastic job and have been integral to develop the Finnish traffic management market and safety standards to where they are today. We share the same set of values with a relentless focus on bringing innovative, safe and sustainable solutions to solve our customers’ needs”, says Hans-Olov Blom, founder and CEO of Ramudden.  
 
The combination will have operations out of nine Finnish cities and have more than 160 employees.
