Ramudden AS acquires BM Skilt AS
On October 21st, Ramudden AS signed the acquisition of BM Skilt AS from the management team. The transaction closes on November 1st.
BM Skilt is a leading traffic management services provider in the Southern parts of Norway.
BM Skilt has over the past 5 years established as a leading traffic management services provider in the Southern parts of Norway. The company is based out of Vennesla approximately 20km North of Kristiansand, has 6 full-time and 60 part-time employees, and sales of NOK 25mn.
