Chevron TM enters the Scottish market
Ramudden HoldCo company Chevron Traffic Management has completed the acquisition of the Scottish market leader for traffic management and work zone safety services, Class One Traffic Management Limited (“Class One”).
Class One is market leader for traffic management and work zone safety services.
Class One was founded in 1995 by Michael Healey and Catherine Tulloch who is still running the company. The company is headquartered in Bonnybridge, Scotland, and has ~140 full-time employees and turnover of £13mn. The company will continue under its current brand and management as a division of Chevron.
